How does a first conversation work?
By phone, by video call or at our place, with no obligation. You tell us about your situation and your goals. We tell you whether we can help, how, and within what timeframe. You then receive a written proposal.
Who will I be working with?
With Sandro Todobom, who leads every project and remains your point of contact throughout the collaboration. Depending on what is needed, he calls on our network of more than twenty independent specialists and our partners. Your point of contact doesn't change during an engagement.
Do you work for large companies?
Yes. We support SMEs, shops, independent professionals and Swiss subsidiaries of international groups, working with the business owner as well as with the communications or marketing manager. What matters is the project, not the size of the company.
What are your turnaround times?
They depend on the project, and we tell you what they are from the first conversation. What we can promise you is a quick answer to every request. There is no committee and no approval chain here.
How does the follow-up work?
A regular check-in, a shared schedule and a point of contact you can reach. For long-term collaborations, we set a rhythm together, weekly or monthly, and we stick to it.
Do I need to come to Crissier?
No. Most of our conversations take place by video call or by phone. But you are welcome to visit, and the studio is worth the trip.
Do you work in English and Portuguese?
Yes. We work in French, English and Portuguese, for your content as well as for our conversations.
